[Notice] Guidance for Reporting Enrollment Status Changes for International Students
1.Reasons for Change: Leave of absence, Expulsion, Withdrawal, Unknown whereabouts, Deceased, Graduation/Completion, Graduation deferment, Acquisition of Korean citizenship
Reason for not entering within 2 weeks after the start of classes
If the reason for withdrawal is that the student plans to enroll in another department after changing, please specify in the remarks
In case of cancellation of leave of absence after reporting the change, a [Cancellation of Academic Status Change Report] letter should be sent. *Please specify the approval and cancellation date
The standard for "location unknown" is two consecutive weeks of absence without location identification.
Foreign students are required to report to the immigration office within 15 days from the date of any changes in their Enrollment status.
